Hello, my name is Stephanie Del Carmen.

I’m a Colombian native cooking in New York, I live life as an artist, designer, dreamer but mostly devoted cooker. Basically, I can work with different ingredients but my real passion is the caribbean food, so I spend as much time visiting the caribbean communities around the city of New York.

Most of my wanderlust centers around food, culture, music, art and fashion, but you’ll find a lot of reflections in my “Bitacoras de la Cocinera” too.
